During the past year we have enjoyed a number of social events where partners have been invited to come along. These have included:

Horse Racing at Bath : An evening event where most of us lost money!! But smiled while it happened! This was followed by a meal for over 25 of us at The Bell at Yatton Keynell

Choc – on – Choc : A dinner at our home venue followed by a talk by the owner and inventor of the product with a demonstration of how the product was made. The free samples were greatly appreciated and enjoyed.

Frugal Meal : This took place in Melksham -  Steven Edwards, a brilliant young chef prepared a superb meal. All profit from the event was given to the Rotary Foundation Charity – to END POLIO NOW. any one wishing to support this cause to end POLIO in the world please contribute now through MY DONATE the link is on this web site.

Bath Theatre Royal : A group of us went to see “Driving Miss Daisy” a wonderful production. This followed by a superb meal at a well known restaurant in Bath.

Ghost Walk Bath :  A delightful young lady took about 20 members on a walk telling stories you just wouldn’t believe or would you? All complete with blood and gore. A few useful hand actions were observed! This followed by an impressive meal at Raymond Blanc’s restaurant.

Corsham Almshouses : A very informative visit to this little gem. The volunteer guides were brilliant – so much knowledge ! This is by now the norm! a dinner at The Methuen Arms – wonderful!
